Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
This is an 8-week evidence based program that uses mindfulness training as a method for helping you improve your emotional, psychological and physical health, wellbeing and resilience. You will learn simple yet powerful life skills that will help you develop your innate ability to live with more ease, joy and wisdom.

This practical and in-depth program is suitable for anyone who wants to get to know themselves better, and who wants to better harness their own capacities for creating a more fulfilling, balanced and meaningful life. 
The program will be of particular benefit for anyone struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, irritability or chronic pain. 

It includes: 
- Eight weekly group sessions 
- A one-day retreat
- Lectures and discussions
- Personal support 
- Systematic training in mindfulness 
- Exploration of habitual patterns of thinking, feeling and 
  behaviour
- CDs with meditation instructions, 
- A coursebook with articles, exercises and logbook
- Your commitment to a daily practice of mindfulness
  meditation and practice.

Cost: $375 ($300 concession); flexible payment plans available.

INDIVIDUAL MINDFULNESS TRAINING

If for any reason doing an 8-week MBSR group program does not suit you, we offer the option to do mindfulness training on an individual basis. 

Indivudal sessions are customized to your  particular situation and needs. Individual sessions are 1 hr to 1.5 hr, and the number of sessions depends on your needs. Cost:$60 per hr ($90 for 1.5hr)
